Supporting Los Angeles Wildfire Relief Efforts
As announced last week, this year’s GRAMMYs telecast will carry a renewed sense of purpose, raising additional funds for Los Angeles wildfire relief efforts and honoring first responders who risk their lives to protect others.
To maximize support for those affected by the wildfires, including members of the music community and the wider Los Angeles population, many traditional GRAMMY Week events have been canceled or reformatted.
Since launching the Los Angeles Fire Relief Effort To Support Music Professionals, the Recording Academy and MusiCares have raised and pledged over $4 million in emergency aid for music professionals impacted by the crisis.
